Ladies Self-Defense Seminars
We offer a Ladies Self-Defense class upon request please contact us from the "Home" tab for further details or to request a seminar date.
We try to have these classes be between 10 and 20 students, generally 2 hour seminar and the cost is around $20 per person will schedule as we have interest.
